“ We came here on a weeknight and there were a decent amount of people here. You order when you get in and then go to the indoor pickup when they call your order. The fries were tasty as were the sauces. The chicken nuggets were juicy but the proportions of the chicken to the batter was off since there as more chicken and less of a crunch with hardly any batter. But you can tell that the food is fresh. But the ambiance is nice because it's not too loud or crowded like Eataly next door and you can actually have a conversation. I would try other things but probably wouldn't get chicken nuggets there. ”
“ I've walked by The Crack Shack many times and finally had the opportunity to try it out! The vibe is dope! Everything is chicken based, from the silly and unique photos on the walls to the names of the menu items; this place is CRACKIN' (lol). Definitely a fun looking place. They have a whole outside area too with cornhole and windows that apparently go up in the summer - let's not forget the full service bar and the many screens, currently playing the Knights hockey game next to a March Madness basketball game. Overall, very welcoming and chill vibe, for anyone and I would assume all ages since there's a kids meal on the menu! Now: THE FOOD. I ordered the Katsu Lookin' Sandwich and the Hand Cut Fries. Maybe it tasted better because they told me everything is fresh made, including the french fries which is awesome since you really don't see that very often. YOU CAN TASTE THE QUALITY! First of all, the sauces? Insanely good. I was nervous about the pineapple mustard choice but it was amazinggggggg, only in second place to the barbecue sauce, and that's my opinion! The spicy one with sriracha was fire and the ranch was good but I have to stick with BBQ being the best, especially since I don't typically like bbq sauce with chicken sandies. The french fries also couldn't be more tasty Overall, very yum!!! Oh, the soda options are also the best - stubborn soda is a super slay! ”
“ If you're on the Las Vegas Strip and craving some of the crispiest, most flavorful fried chicken than you need to go to Crack Shack! Expanding from it's San Deigo roots, this fast casual gem delivers delicious food and the service is top notch. Big shout out to the manager Justin, who made our visit extra special with his incredibly friendly and attentive service. The menu is stacked with wonderful options that cater to every craving - Whether you're in the mood for a chicken sandwich, protein bowl, or just some mouthwatering sides, they've got you covered. We tried the Firebird and Katsu looking Chicken sandwiches, and they were phenomenal. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, packed with so much flavor! Crack Shack also offers a variety of sauces that take the meal to the next level. We tried the Sweet baby G's BBQ, Srirach 1000 Island, ranch, and pineapple mustard. We LOVED the pineapple mustard! For sides the fries, coleslaw, and mini biscuits w/ maple butter were delicious, each complementing the sandwiches perfectly. If you're a breakfast fan, you'll be pleased to know they also serve breakfast until 11am Friday through Sunday. Definitely going back to try their Chilaquiles & Biscuits and gravy. There's also Happy Hour Monday through Thursday from 2-5pm. They have a full bar with beer and cocktails - perfect place to pre-game before a VGK game or concert! You can also enjoy outdoor seating if you're in the mood for some people-watching. The seasonal shakes are a must - try, and you can't leave without getting a salted chocolate chip cookies - trust me, you'll want to grab two! Located next to the outside of Eataly at Park MGM, Crack Shack is definitely a go-to spot in Las Vegas! ”
“ We stayed at the Park MGM so this was a very convenient and excellent meal choice since all of us love fried chicken. My husband, our two girls, and I shared the bone-in chicken (half bird) and large order of fries. The chicken skin was incredibly crispy and the meat was very tender. The fries had a slight kick to it but it didn't deter our girls from enjoying it. It's counter service but they had servers to clear our table. Would definitely revisit! ”
“ If you're looking for a delicious, laid-back spot on the Las Vegas Strip, The Crack Shack is an absolute must-visit! Located in a prime spot, it's the perfect place to grab a bite before a Vegas Golden Knights game or any event at Allegiant Stadium. Whether you're dining in or grabbing something to-go, this spot offers an elevated fast-casual experience with a focus on quality, freshness, and top-tier service. The Food: We tried the Cali Drip Sandwich, which was packed with flavor--featuring pollo asado, fries, chipotle-bacon mayo, pickled onions, jalapeños, melty Oaxacan queso. We also had the 5-Piece Jidori Chicken Tenders, which were incredibly flavorful on their own. The seasoning rub had just the right amount of spice, enhancing the crispy, golden-brown crust without overpowering the juicy chicken inside. The fries were equally impressive--crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and clearly hand-cut for that fresh, homemade taste. They paired perfectly with the selection of house-made sauces, which took the meal to the next level. The Crack Shack offers a variety of unique dipping options, including: * Honey Butter - Smooth, rich, and slightly sweet, this sauce melts beautifully onto hot, crispy chicken. * Toro - A bold, umami-packed sauce with a subtle heat that complements the chicken's seasoning. * Sweet Heat - A perfect balance of sweet and spicy, giving the tenders an extra zing without overpowering them. * Fire - If you love heat, this is the one! A fiery blend that brings serious spice and depth of flavor. * Smoky Tang Butter - Buttery, smoky, and slightly tangy, this sauce adds a rich, savory note to anything you dip into it. The Atmosphere: The Crack Shack has both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great choice year-round. In the summer, they've got misters to keep things cool, and in the winter, heaters keep the outdoor seating comfortable. No matter where you sit, you won't miss any of the action--there's a TV in every seating viewpoint, making it a fantastic spot for sports fans. Whether you're catching a game or just hanging out, the vibe is fun, casual, and welcoming. Service: The hospitality here is top-notch! The team genuinely cares about their guests, checking in regularly and ensuring everyone has a great experience. We had the pleasure of meeting Executive Chef Jennifer, Manager Kristen, and Bartender Oscar, all of whom went out of their way to make our visit memorable. They even gave us a tour, sharing the story of The Crack Shack's humble beginnings and passion for quality food. Convenience & Extras: For those on the go, they offer a takeout kiosk and pickup window, making it easy to grab a meal without the wait. And if you're in the mood for a drink, the center bar is a great spot to hang out, featuring a solid happy hour with refreshing cocktails and brews. The Crack Shack Las Vegas delivers on all fronts--amazing food, great service, and a prime location that makes it a go-to for locals and visitors alike. Whether you're here for a meal, drinks, or to catch a game, you'll leave impressed and satisfied. This place is definitely a winner! ”
“ Visited 3 days in a row over St. Paddy's weekend, had the pleasure getting served by Oscar each day at the bar. Phenomenal service, incredible food, and a very friendly atmosphere. This will always be a regular stop when I visit Vegas! ”
“ We returned and ordered the half chicken again. It remained delicious, although we unfortunately did not receive any sauces with it this time. The chicken could certainly benefit from additional salt. I completely overlooked the sauces on this occasion, and the staff member did not inquire about our sauce preferences. I believe these succulent chicken pieces would be even more flavorful with the addition of sauce. ”
“ I love staying at the park MGM and this being right next-door outside made it very convenient for dining. I shared two sandwiches and fries with my partner, which was plenty enough and well portioned. The service was fine. You don't really interact with a server unless you're picking up your food because you can order on a screen, so it definitely lacks personability The food was fresh, hot, and I would recommend if you are a hot chicken sandwich fan. ”
